What KIWIKIT Dry Cleaners ERP is
KIWIKIT Dry Cleaners ERP is a cloud ERP that runs in the browser on a PC, tablet or phone. It covers counter order intake, garment tagging and tracking, billing and receipts, customer balances, automatic WhatsApp updates, staff roles, branches, reporting and encrypted backups.
It is used by independent dry cleaners, laundry and wash-and-iron shops, garment care specialists and businesses running several branches. It is sold as a subscription, with a free trial and quarterly or yearly plans.
Why it exists
Why we built it
Most dry cleaning shops still run on slip books, notebooks and memory. That works on a quiet day, but it breaks when the counter is busy, when a garment goes missing, when a customer disputes a balance or when a second branch opens.
We built KIWIKIT so a shop can record each order once and have everything else — tags, work queues, bills, messages, balances and reports — follow from it.

Every screen starts from how a dry cleaning counter really works — a customer, a bundle of garments, a rate card and a promise date.
Track the garment, not just the order
A QR tag for every piece is what makes lost garments and disputes rare, so it sits at the centre of the product.
In the language your staff speak
English, Hindi and Marathi across the whole interface, because the people at the counter shouldn't have to translate.
Your data stays yours
Each shop has its own database and its own encrypted daily backups, which can live in the shop's own Google Drive.
