Shipping & Service Delivery Policy

KIWIKIT Dry Cleaners ERP is software provided online by Kiwikit Software as a subscription service. It is accessed through a web browser. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, and no shipping or delivery charges apply.

When you sign up, your shop account is created and your 3-day free trial starts immediately. You can log in and use the service straight away.

Subscription payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. Your subscription is extended once Cashfree confirms the payment to our servers — usually within moments of a successful payment. If you renew before your current period ends, the new period is added to the time you have left.

If your payment was successful but your access has not been extended, please contact us with your payment reference and we will resolve it.

Your shop's login address and account details are shown on screen when you sign up. Payment confirmations are shown on screen after checkout and can be seen in Settings → Billing inside the app.

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
